In my Portrait work, I am inspired by my subjects through their thoughts, ideologies, and life experiences, whereby I use my own creative interpretation to tell their unique story.
"The Pilot" is an environmental portrait about one very driven man and his career transition from his younger years as a pilot in the RAAF, to his later years as a Captain for a major Australian Airline, using the juxtaposition of images from his early career days, with newly conceived and comparative images of his later years as a proud Father.

Mandarine is an Australian Fine Art Illustrative Photographer, sort out for her skill at creating highly conceptual and personal Portraits of her subjects.
She has over 30 National and International awards including AIPP Australian Portrait Photographer of the Year 2013, and Winner of the International Loupe Awards 2013 Portrait division as well as the Overall Winner in 2014-one of her biggest achievements to date. Earlier this year one of her Conceptual Fine Art Portraits was auctioned and raised $16,000 for Make-A-Wish Australia. Her images appear in a number of magazines, calendars and books. She has exhibited both here and overseas and has a growing number of collectors.
